The player who acts as dealer for a round. The Bandar's hand is compared against every other seat. If your combined tile value beats the Bandar, you win; if the Bandar beats all seats, the Bandar collects from everyone.

Qiu-Qiu (9-9)
The highest possible hand in Ceme — both tiles showing a pip total that ends in nine. Achieving Qiu-Qiu usually triggers a multiplied payout, and the exact multiplier depends on the table rules posted in each room.

Ceme Keliling
A format where the Bandar seat rotates automatically after each round rather than staying with one player. Our Speed Ceme room uses this rotation so every funded participant gets equal opportunity to hold the Bandar position.

Kartu Balak
A domino tile where both halves show the same pip count — like double-six or double-three. Balak tiles can form powerful hand combinations and are visually marked on screen so you spot them immediately when dealt.

Nilai Kartu (Hand Value)
The sum of pips on both tiles, with only the last digit counting. If your tiles total fourteen, your hand value is four. The interface calculates this automatically so you see your effective value without manual addition.

Kiu
Shorthand for a hand value of nine — the strongest single-digit outcome. Landing a kiu on both tiles (Qiu-Qiu) is the peak result. A single kiu still often beats the Bandar unless the Bandar also holds nine.

Bandar Pot
The total wagered funds that the Bandar is responsible for covering in a given round. If the Bandar loses to multiple seats, the pot pays out accordingly. If the Bandar wins against most seats, the pot swells into their balance.
